By buying a Sleep Pride Mattress, you’re only buying one of the finest mattresses in the marketplace today, that not only offers rich value for money but also comes backed by one of the most user-friendly Warranties.
Your new Sleep Pride mattress is covered by a 5 year limited warranty.
Sleep Pride Mattresses warrants that the product is free from defects in workmanship and materials. They will remain serviceable under normal use and service for the warranty period, starting from the date of purchase by the customer, subject to specific limitations and exceptions subsequently set forth in this warranty.
This warranty extends to mattresses manufactured by Sleep Pride Mattresses and purchased directly from Sleep Pride Mattresses OR Sleep Pride Mattresses authorized retailers (the “Mattresses”).
PLEASE NOTE that Sleep Pride Mattresses are designed to work on a firm, solid-surface, on a bed base that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the Mattress and user(s).
The Warranty COVERS the following:-
- Defection due to workmanship or construction material that causes the material to split or crack;
- Sagging resulting from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base; &
- Any kind of manufacturing defect in the zipper assembly of the Mattress Cover.
The Warranty DOES NOT COVER the following:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Normal increase in softness of the foam pressure-relieving material which does not affect the mattress pressure-relieving qualities;
- Any kind of damage resulting from an inadequate foundation. The mattresses are designed for optimal performance when used in conjunction with a matching foundation as part of a total sleep system;
- Any kind of physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains. This is subject to the fact that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage;
- Replacement of any kind of non-defective pieces in the mattress; &
- Any mattress (whether manufactured by Sleep Pride Mattresses or not) sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers.
